What shipping services do you offer?
We offer three service tiers: Standard Shipping (3-7 business days), Express Delivery (1-3 business days), and Freight Services for heavy or oversized cargo. All services include real-time tracking and delivery confirmation.
What does "On Hold" status mean?
An "On Hold" status means there is an issue that requires attention before the shipment can continue. This could include customs clearance delays, address verification, or package damage assessment. Check the shipment remarks for specific details.
How do I get proof of delivery?
Once your shipment is delivered, proof-of-delivery photos are displayed on the tracking page automatically. These are uploaded by the delivery team upon successful handoff and are available immediately.
What is the maximum package size and weight?
Standard and Express services accept packages up to 30kg and 120cm in any dimension. For larger or heavier items, our Freight Services have no weight limits and include specialized handling for oversized cargo.
